With more than 15 years in commercial real estate finance, Asher draws on experience spanning a wide variety of property types and transaction structures. 

Most recently, Asher served as Head of Credit for Ciera Bank, a community bank in North Texas that has been part of his family for four generations. He continues to serve on Ciera’s Board of Directors today.

Before Ciera, Asher was recruited to join the Real Estate Specialties Group at Bank OZK, where he focused on originating and managing large-scale, complex CRE transactions across the United States.

Over his career, Asher has cultivated a deep network of industry professionals — relationships that fuel Remuda Partners’ ability to deliver creative capital solutions and get deals done.
