Asher has been financing commercial real estate for over 15 years, most recently serving as Head of Credit for Ciera Bank, a community bank in north Texas that has been part of his family for four generations, and where he continues to serve on the Board of Directors today.
Prior to Ciera Bank, he was recruited to join the Real Estate Specialties Group at Bank OZK, focused on originations and asset management of large, complex CRE transactions across the United States.
Over his career, Asher has built a strong network of CRE lenders, developers, investors, brokers, and other real estate professionals.
